Attention TSHP / CTSHP members: Let us know what CE topics you would like to hear about for programs and Fall Seminar, contact any of your local board members.
Attention to Industry CTSHP members: Please contact us, if you are interested in sponsoring a monthly CTSHP meeting or the annual Fall Seminar.
For all CTSHP-sponsored meetings, continuing education credit will be offered to TSHP members only. Non-members may join during the meeting. Membership forms for CTSHP and TSHP will be available at the meeting. TSHP is approved by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education as a provider of Continuing Education. To receive CPE credit through the My CPE Monitor profile system, a program evaluation form must be completed and returned to a CTSHP board member at the end of the program. You will need to access your NABP (My CPE Monitor) profile to view/download a statement of credit.

The Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. All programs listed above with a "0156" UAN have been approved for credit by TSHP. All credit will be issued through the My CPE Monitor program. A NABP e-Profile ID will be required for credit, obtain yours at www.nabp.net. To receive credit, you must claim your credit via the instructions provided at registration no later than 45-days post-session. A live event “secret code” will be provided during the session, you must retain this code to claim your credit. A session evaluation must be completed through the online portal for credit to be issued.
